|06:34 pm - The World So Large|
In the past few days, I've kept running into the same unpalatable truth: the things I don't know, if rendered graphically, would be the entire world, would be a spinning globe of mysteries. The things I do know, if rendered graphically on the same scale, would be...El Paso. Possibly only Abilene.
It may well be a nonfiction summer, is what I'm saying.
At the moment I'm fascinated by process. The Vogue.uk blog linked to a cool short film about Nepalese rug makers. The spinning and the weaving will mean more to some of you than it does to me, but the process is cool. ;-)
And now I'm off to write. I'm reaching the outskirts of El Paso, or possibly only Abilene. Wish me luck. ;-)
Luck and joy to you this last week of May!

Bon voyage and do what inspires you!
Inspiration wished for you too! :-)

Inspiration I have, what is lacking is energy and time right now. But those, too, will come eventually.
Good luck with the writing!
Thank you -- and I hope you have time for the writing, too!. :-)
Geographic exploration - always cool:)
Well, mental geographic exploration. ;-)
Hugs, new windows, and good thoughts!
:hugs: Enjoy the writing! (Is that the right wish?)
It's a lovely wish, thank you!
May there be dancing in your Thursday, poss. with champagne. :-) [hugs]
Given my recollections of El Paso, I think I might prefer to explore Abilene in your place...still, exploration has a special value.
Hugs and good wishes for wonderful discoveries!
Heee. Well, it's only metaphor-El Paso. ;-)
Hugs and happy yarnwork to you on this Thursday!
