|05:31 pm - puddle-wonderful|
On this day when I am achy and stuffy-nosed and unpleasant to be around, on this day when the Dog of the House is concentrating her considerable powers on the transmission of her undying hatred of both the veterinarian and any fool 'owner' who would take Her Majesty therein, it was a delicious surprise to receive LJ balloons from some kind anonymous person.
Balloons, yes. I always leap from balloons to "puddle-wonderful" (blame e.e.cummings), from one balloon to a fistful -- no, two fistfuls, enough to be borne up into the spring breeze -- from ground to sky.
I'm staying on the ground today. No puddles, either, just the ghosts of Saturday's puddles lying in the sand. But isn't it a cool thing to imagine leaping from puddle into blue?
Thanks to Anonymous, and may you all have cool imaginings today!
May you feel better very soon!
Thank you -- and may you have a good Tuesday! :-)

Wafts balloons as hard as possible so you can fly further:)

I hope you and her Most Royal Dogness feel better soon.
We persevere, A!
Good thoughts to you, with Tuesday joys. :-)
Ooh, I wish I'd thought of balloons...how lovely!
meanwhile, take care of yourself and her highness so as to recover all the faster.
::hugs of the virtual, non-contagion-carrying kind::
[not-contagion-carrying hugs in return]
Thank you, A, and a good color-rich Tuesday to you!
I think there may be a few wonderful puddles after this morning's storms, though...hope her Dogness is feeling a little better! And that your own ills, which sound unpleasant, pass off soon.
Puddles, puddles everywhere!
See you later? Even if not, good thoughts for a good Tuesday despite storms.
This post makes me want to look out into our grey, grey morning and see balloons blowing past. Thank you for that.
*hugs to you and the Dog of the House*
Hurrah for balloons on a grey day!
[hugs and a good day to you]
