On this Sunday, I am moved to cheer us all up with various links. (Is this because I am too lazy and/or busy with work and two writing projects to write something interesting here? Hush, tell no one.)
First: Joanna Lumley is the coolest, as this interview from The Observer shows.
Second: Well, HELLO, visual representation of what I find attractive in men! Also, mercy me oh my. Also, this is what I call inspiration for a project already on the boil....
Third: "This is not a cliche." Hugh Laurie's actual, proper L'Oreal for Men commercial.
Fourth: Back to The Observer, and this time the awesomeness that is America Ferrara.
Fifth: Via Tomandlorenzo.com, more awesomeness: Helena Bonham Carter as Miss Havisham.
There! I hope one of these links is a joy in a day of time changes and earthquakes, and I hope that the week ahead is fabulous.

Happy London Sunday, L. :-)
These are all quite excellent links, and I needed something to get my blood moving, as I almost fell asleep grading a paper just now.
I'm *this* close to writing an RPF AU wherein Hugh Laurie and Idris Elba are lovers as well as BFFs, and Cumberbatch there is trying to impress them and also get an invitation to Fry's next party, and they wind him up for a bit and then let him down in a way that makes him laugh and laugh.
Something about paying dues, or whatnot.
(Hugh is 45 like I am 39 but wotthehell, Stephen can take the piss out of him at the aforementioned party.)
I would also love to be either Lumley or Ferrara.
That is all.
H_P! Hugs and cheers!
I'm glad the links provoked wakefulness and creativity, and I encourage you in your endeavors. :-) Am sending all the good thoughts your way!
Yay America Ferrara! I really wish she would come back to The Good Wife...
Maybe she will when she finishes her London run as Roxie Hart!
Hugs and good week ahead, Gwynne. :-)
Good Lord, L.
Re the pic: did you evah, W_P. I mean, did you evah. [fans self]
Hugs and good cheer to you!
It was definitely a "Did it just get much, much warmer in here?" moment.
That is an impressive collection of awesome, and that photo needs to come with a warning label.
Is that photo astonishingly lovely or WHAT. Any of them alone would be striking, but all three...!
Cheers and hugs and good music to you, S.
Late to the party after travels, but my goodness, what a lovely bunch of links!
Thank you, ALH -- I hope the links help in the post-road-trip decompression. :-))
Cheers and a good Thursday!
